Shipping Policy:

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Pandora Furnitures. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy:

Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

  • All in-stock items are shipped within 24 to 48 hours from date of purchase. Orders placed on Friday will be processed and shipped the following Monday.
  • Standard Delivery: Our standard delivery service for Australia is FedEx. Standard delivery times are as follows:

Australia: 3-5 business days from the date of shipment.
Other International Deliveries: The delivery time for international shipments is typically 7-10 days, but can take up to 12 -14 days depending upon location. We have a network of international warehouses to help expedite your delivery and utilize local postal systems and couriers for door-to-door-service.

Free Delivery:

Pandora Furnitures offers free delivery to purchases valued $1,000 or more. This is calculated on the suburb & city to be delivered to and overall price of item(s) purchased. Other Delivery:

For locations which exceed this “Free Delivery” radius, please contact us and we will provide a competitive quote for delivery. Once you have committed to the purchase, we will be in contact to organise a suitable time for delivery.

Buyers have the full responsibility of providing us with the correct details including delivery address, name and contact number on checkout before payment is made. Pandora Furnitures is not liable for any delays, losses and/or damage to items due to changes of delivery address after checkout, or mistakes made by buyers. A re-delivery fee will be charged to buyers for items that are undeliverable and/or returned to Pandora Furnitures due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful deliveries.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
